A couple of years ago, at a time when nobody thought there will be a war happening, and the pandemic was only beginning, I started working on something with a Ukrainian artist Marushka. During this time, track by track we created an album, that fullfils one of the wishes I had a long time before this - to work with ethnic music from other cultures too, not just Lithuanian. And I'm happy that it happened to be a culture that's very close to us - the Slavic, Ukrainian culture.

This album features some original songs written by Marushka, that are filled with the love for nature, respect for tradition, ancestors and ancient wisdom, and also some Ukrainian folk songs.

Without planning it to be this way, it happened so that we are releasing it during a difficult time for Ukrainian nation, and a worrying time for all of us. Let this album be dedicated to bringing peace and unity. At the time like this we need turn to our ancestors and our Gods, and ask for guidance.
