This release is special, because not only it was the first Girių Dvasios release ever, but it has the first Girių Dvasios track ever made. It is “Oras”. And there’s still more to it. For this release i got a remix from a very well known techno producer Paul Mac. Other remixes were done by Zzzzra and Christoph Schindling. So it was a perfect start for my project.

This EP was released on Ornithopter Records label as a comercial release (digital only). The label is now closed and was managed by a dub techno/minimal techno artist Christoph Schindling. After that i wanted to make this EP available for everyone so i got it re-released on Insectorama netlabel. And then later I re-released it again via my own label, Cold Tear Records.

“Miskas” in lithuanian means “forest” or “woods”.
